CALL TO ORDER:

Trustee Scott Leber called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.

PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE:

Trustee Scott Leber led the Pledge of Allegiance.

ROLL CALL:

Trustees Leber, Miller, and Road Superintendent Andy Dunlap were at roll call. Fiscal Officer Pelletier and Trustee Mike Parker were absent.

MINUTES:

Fiscal Officer Pelletier sent out minutes electronically before the meeting for approval.

Mr. Miller moved to approve the minutes, and Mr. Leber seconded the motion. A verbal vote was taken, and the motion passed unanimously.

GUESTS:

No guests were in attendance.

ZONING INSPECTOR

No zoning permits have been issued since March 19^{th, 2025.}

ROAD SUPERINTENDENT:

Mr. Dunlap informs the board that the new baseball field drag arrived.

Trustee Leber:

Mr. Leber had no comments.

Trustee Miller:

Trustee Miller reported that Oxford Township should apply for the full cost of the new park swing set through the Erie Metroparks grant.

Mr. Leber asked the road superintendent to obtain an estimate for upgrading the road tile at the intersection of Higbee and Livengood Roads. The existing road tile is no longer sufficient to manage water runoff, which is causing flooding during heavy rains.
